I have taken Thai girls (not B/Gs) to see bar areas both in HH and BK at their request out of curiosity and they were appalled and ashamed of their fellow Thais
In my experience, certainty in the villages they are almost prudish but naive and succumb to the wishes of their parents to increase the family and get a dowry, but their mating is never flaunted and is usually done in the bush
Thai Men. How do they think?

RICHARD OF LOXLEY
It’s none of my business what people say and think of me. I am what I am and do what I do. I expect nothing and accept everything. It makes life so much easier.

Those little open-side huts in the rice fields aren't just for getting out of the rain.richard wrote:I have taken Thai girls (not B/Gs) to see bar areas both in HH and BK at their request out of curiosity and they were appalled and ashamed of their fellow Thais

I agree with that last comment..........you have to go much further back than that.
It's the old council house syndrome in most cases........get pregnant...........father not around..........get a free council house......they just use the system because they know they can. "Let the state raise my children.......why not?" They know they'll be better off on benefits.........after all, why work for a living?
I remember it was happening as early as the 70s in my school and probably before that.
