Its interesting that with his record, he really hasn't had any bidders, not even from the new owners, I wonder why? He put himself in the frame for the Chelsea job though.

Pity Chelsea threw away their lead last night, but that Oscar goal will long live in the memory!

Is there a penalty crisis at Man U?
Re: Champions League 2012-13
He's not going to go to some shite like Villa is he and he's settled in England.Arcadian wrote:Still unemployed though, is he just like Liverpool and Baa Baa, living on past glories?BaaBaa. wrote:He won us a European cup. Probably too political for our new owners.
Re: Champions League 2012-13
He apparently turned down Chelsea as it was a short term offer and your forums kicking off.caller wrote:Its interesting that with his record, he really hasn't had any bidders, not even from the new owners, I wonder why? He put himself in the frame for the Chelsea job though.
He's not a yes man. I like Rodgers but think it's crazy Rafa wasn't even spoken too, it's our dickhead MD we've got to thank for that though.

The difference is though that I don`t constantly go on and on about what my club achieved in the past. Right now Liverpool are rubbish, and their immediate past manager was rubbish (during his last period in charge)
Re: Champions League 2012-13
Yet he won more than your immediate manager has in 7 years.
I like Arsenal, I just enjoy winding you up.

Winding me up? Funny that, I had it pretty much the other way round. Very easy to do.
If King Kenny was that successful why was he sacked?

He wasn't that successful, new owners wanted their choice not the fans choice.Arcadian wrote:BaaBaa. wrote:Yet he won more than your immediate manager has in 7 years.

He came in as caretaker after the Hodge bodge and had us on points 3rd in his period , he was hard to turn down.
Still had 3 trips to Wembley in the process.
