That description in Wikipedia doesn't seem right. The road I think I mean is the one that links the A316 and A4. It is basically a single lane ramp that rises quite rapidly, goes over a roundabout and then comes down on the other side of the roundabout - again quite steeply. It was built to avoid the roundabout. It is only a few hundred metres long. It looks like there should be room for that sort of thing over the railway tracks and coming down between the flyover and the reservoir. Thinking out of the box !

Found it. I mean the Hogarth flyover, in Chiswick. Designed to last 5 years, but still going 40 years later.
