Its cool that most seem to respect the cobras, they are a trully magnifcent creature, feel a bit sorry for TTM, to want them extinct is very short sighted look on the world.
Treat them with respect, ie dont touch the bloody thing and they are not inclined to bite. You are not a prey item so your are waste of venom, the strike is the last resort of a damaged or angry snake.
