I guess that she has her reasons, but I have to ask: why the hell would you be closed on a Saturday, when there is likely to be many more people out and about?
Surprised me also Nereus but I was also told one of the reasons she left Soi 88 food court was she was told she has to open every day.
BTW I was talking to her a long long time ago and she asked me where I was from because of my accent. She then told me her partner is from Huddersfield and she has travelled around Yorkshire with him and it was him who taught her how to cook the tikka masala.

Well guys, you were right about the portion size. As for the product itself - far too salty for my liking. Will try it again, just in case she slipped with the salt today.

I've just had some from an earlier purchase that was in the freezer, usually buy 2 portions and split them into 4 as 1 portion is far too much for me. I hate salt and hardly ever use it at home, mine was as good as usual so I'm hoping she had a slip up with yours today.
Yes, or maybe I'm too fussy - my son agreed too salty, but ate his and most of mine. As I said, everything else was fine, so definitely worth another go.

At 70 Baht per generous portion, I was only expecting average, but hoping for better. By all accounts, the salt problem was a one off, so we'll definitely be trying it again. It's one of the closest fast food places to home, so I'd be silly to discount it after just one attempt.
Certainly, there were quite a few nice ingredients detectable whilst eating, so it isn't rubbish. We will be back

As I've said before, chicken tikka is by no means my favorite Indian dish, but it is still very nice so I do enjoy some every once in a while.
I have bought this both from the lady in question, as well as from the little Indian stall at the nearby food court, and I would say the quality is much the same (at least for me), but you get far bigger helpings at the Thai lady's place down the road from your place.
