As many times as it is necessary for those who do not know.

I got mine via AA, it does depend on your age and underlying conditions. Mine cost 32,000 Baht for 12 months for 3,400,000baht cover

As advised above, contact AA insurance and ask - for Covid only cover it will be a lot less, but is age dependent.

I did mine through AA and of course age is a criteria, mine is for the government stipulated 3.4m Baht Covid Cover with the government certificate, valid for 12 months, of course it is cheaper for a shorter duration. They could not find cheaper.

Looks like O-A insurance is going up. This is for the visa, the article doesn't say whether future extensions will also be affected.

Gotta help the economy. Don't want the insurance cos. to suffer any losses. Then, with the higher insurance rates, the hospitals can raise their prices for the infidels.

Since arriving back here in April 21 I have been trying to find out if the 100k insurance is required for extension of stay and cannot get a clear answer, not even from insurance agents. Of course they all want you to take it even if it is not needed.

It was a compulsory requirement when applying for a new O-A visa from abroad.

Even only this government would think things through clearly and make one concise statement it would help no end.
