there is good & bad in every aspect of life & it can be found just about everywhere.
the more good, the better & it does make good reading to see so many happy people on the forum whether in property or relationship threads :thumb:

But the alleged point of this thread was for individuals to post about their good experiences. Not for it to be dominated by one agent/developer plugging whoever.

For what its worth, I have seen some good and some bad. I have liaised with several, most elsewhere (forum and personal), about their experience (buyers). Most were hacked off about what they had to go through (some seriously so, usually at cost to the developer), but ultimately, were generally happy (relieved?) with what they ended up with (in HH).

I really cannot see the point of this thread as without naming agents, developers, sites, land, whatever, its meaningless.

I agree with both of these points. While I do think a property thread with good experiences being highlighted would be a good thing to have, I think it would carry far more weight & be far more interesting if it were the buyers relating their good stories, not developers/agents talking about developments they thought good.

a very valid point & one i agree 100% with :thumb:
malpractice is evident in most places around the world, whatever the subject, its not just a thai problem.
so unless people are informed of the potential pitfalls, it will continue to exist.

Well done Dawn .Now that the thread is back on track I will leave it to the owners and the buyers .lets hope those thinking about moving to LOS whether buying or renting get some positive and genuine feedback from independent residents .Whilst life here is not perfect I personally feel that the good far outweighs the not so good .

Crack on guys .See you at the next HHAD get together maybe ?
