After all wanting to come here in July (LOW season) to find employment as a property/time share salesperson in the middle of a property slump and probably the lowest tourist season on record, to the country with almost THE most stringent laws on foreigners working in the world it strikes me you aint the sharpest tool in the box. :banghead: :?
Sorry couldn’t help myself I am still waiting for the thread titled

It's nothing to do with that, I've pointed out it's in a slump myself on here.

It's about someone asking for info on here and you trying to get laughs at their expense with your childish insults.
Your post made you sound like a retard IMO, it's as simple as that.
Was there any need to try and ridicule him with:
it strikes me you aint the sharpest tool in the box.

Super joe super post really intelligent just a few questions as I really need to tap into your intellect
1. What don’t you understand about the credit crunch which is cutting the spending ability of the rest of the world and thus tourism here in Hua Hin
2. What don’t you understand about the huge rise in oil prices that is cutting peoples spending power back home and thus long distance holidays/tourists here in Hua Hin
3. What don’t you understand about the rise in air fares which is cutting people flying long distances thus cutting tourists in Hua Hin
4. what don’t you understand about food prices that are cutting peoples disposable income at home and raising hotel prices here thus cutting tourists in Hua Hin
5. You obviously understand that the bad publicity the property market here is having is having an effect in lower sales hence your glee and enthusiasm at forming an awe gust body
6. You obviously understand there is a slump you say that very proudly yourself
7. How come no one zilch nana not one of you can offer him a job including your good self a beer yes a job NO
8. How responsible is it to encourage someone you don’t know to cut everything and come here on an improbable dream

Lastly we have had the I am a fully qualified electrician on this forum already
My post did it in a sense of fun and if he doesn’t know all the above he isn’t the sharpest tool in the box
Personally i think it is totally irresposible to encourage anyone to come here that doesnt have enough cash to live here i only know one singular under 45 that works in this country other than teachers that doesnt have a business and been here any length of time and thats Buksida and full power to his elbow for it

I wrote to Lee:
Trouble is though it's going to be hard as we've just gone through a crazy boom, which the agents resourced up to, and now it's quieter
I'll be honest you'll really struggle to get a property company to take you on as staff with WP arranged etc, especially now the market is quieter.
but it's not easy if you don't have a fair bit of money behind you as back up
If you bothered to read the posts you'd see I gave him fair warning about how hard it'll be. At the same time tried to give him some info he asked for, rather than throwing childish insults at him.

No more bickering from me as we're turning Lee's thread into a row.

This thread is not about humor nor about casual remarks and bickering.
If you have no advise to give, then don't.
Back on topic please.
