Hi

Trying to do my 90 day reporting online :banghead: There is a drop down box to select nationality, however it does not appear to be working. :?

Is the system down, or does anyone one know what nationality to input for a UK citizen, as I know it is more than just "British"?

Try a different browser - it is cranky with certain browsers.

Is it not United Kingdom?

Hi

Thanks for the replies :thumb:

Unfortunately despite trying three different browsers, the drop down box for entering "Nationality" does not bring up the list of nationalities, which would enable me to "click" the correct one. :banghead:

From memory, it is more than just "British" .......... I think there is "British HK" "British New Guinea" or something like that as well as the one I require .....

I have tried typing in "British" or "British UK" but when I try to submit the first page it does not proceed, and my manually entered nationality has disappeared from the Nationality box.

If anyone has a copy of what they entered the last time they did 90 days online, and can confirm the nationality they "clicked" on, that might help me greatly! :D (Unless of course you are Dutch, German, Spanish, or anything else that is not British!

As Joelle has indicated, it is the first listing under British and I’ve always used Microsoft Edge to access the website as most of the others don’t seem to work - if you use a VPN either turn it off or change to Thailand.

Thanks Joelle (and Dannie) :thumb:

That's exactly the drop down box and contents I was on about! :)

Unfortunately I still cannot get the drop down box to open up. I tried putting in "BRITISH" all capital letters ......... but no didn't work!

I need to go out just now, but hopefully later, or perhaps tomorrow I'll be successful

On my phone there's a little icon to the right of the nationality box. Click that and you get the drop-down.

Hi :thumb:

Once again thanks for the helpful replies ........ I eventually managed to do my 90 day report .......... whether the system had been down, or switching my computer off, before switching it back on, ........

Once the drop down box was available I had no problems!

With Bluport immigration closed I wasn't looking forward to going to the big branch. Tried the on-line and it worked today.
