It's going to be the subject of a CCSA proposal. So any announcement is premature. It's in today's CCSA briefing.
There's articles popping up now that something will be decided at meetings tomorrow. 7 days won't even put a dent in it though, so if it starts with that it will surely be extended in increments. .
An article in English now - not very clear on detail but they’re talking a minimum of 14 days with a decision to be made tomorrow

Thailand ranked 3rd to last worldwide on Covid-19 handling
All statistics reporting delayed today due to the meetings concerning the new lockdown rules. We'll post when they do.

I fear this lockdown will be harsh. The only thing that is being said so far is the PM + 11 cabinet ministers will forego their salaries for 3 months. I worry that if they are punishing themselves, what is the average man on the street facing?

The CCSA are currently preparing a summary of information about the new measures to help solve the Covid19 situation. There will be a live broadcast about this at around 4pm on NBT2HD
