Obviously a gremlin. I watched it using the original post, so I don't know what has gone wrong now. Pete's link works for me OK. I will change the link to YouTube when it becomes available.

Apparently
The 3,481 workers at the chicken processing plant in Phetchabun were tested with an Antigen Test Kit. According to government guidelines, as results may not be accurate, these people have to be tested again by RT-PCR before they are entered into the system

Cases are down over a thousand compared with yesterday (14,150) and 118 deaths. My guess is not that it's peaked but they've reached their capacity for testing. If that's the case, then the reported figures are much lower than the reality.

They don't test as much at weekends or on holidays. And if the testing capacity was at the limit - the real figures would be much higher than the reported ones because they're not testing, and now more people are staying at home because they don't have the hospital capacity either.
Just re-read your post HHT -

/\ Once again the comments section are priceless (much gnashing of teeth). Just who are these losers? Are they just angry at how their miserable lives turned out?

Maybe the cluster in Petchabun, where they found over 3000 people infected, is included
