After the 'hoo-ha' of cases dropping below 15K for the last week, today almost hit 16,000 (15,942) and 257 deaths.
Have the wheels come off their plan?

Probably the most natural piece of reporting in the last week IMHO. With such large numbers, there are bound to be opposite trends whilst the overall trend moves in one direction.

* 1,097,317 recovered (+20,351)
* 155,134 receiving treatment
* 12,631 deaths (+257)
Number of people who received vaccines
1st dose: 24,918,054 (+375,914)
2nd dose: 9,698,842 (+546,043)
3rd dose: 601,268 (+3,670)
Total: 35,218,164
4,741 (+1) patients are in critical condition, with 1,004 (-7) of them on ventilators.

I read in der-farang.com that the curfew in Bangkok was changed to 22h - 4h. Is this valid also for Hua Hin?

I think the extension in Bangkok was for workers using public transport. Workers finishing work at 8pm found it impossible to get home before 9pm, so an extension was granted.
Hua Hin does not have the same problem.

Thailand logged 13,988 new Covid-19 cases and 187 more fatalities during the previous 24 hours, the Public Health Ministry announced on Monday morning.
Predictable drop for a Sunday!
