Dear Wanderlust, my Thai gf sends me constant affectionate emails, but in the last 6 months, her father's buffalo died, her mother, elder sister, younger sister and all 4 brothers have had huge hospital bills, and her parents roof fell in. She seems optomistic, however. She has enrolled in English courses, started a market stall, done a typing course, and contributed a large amount of money to a Buddhist order. Obviously I help all I can. Is she a great girl or what!

I was going to start a dear Betty thread but my Alzheimers/BSE cleared and I remembered that you had an agony aunt column on here before. Dear Steve gave no results but after scrolling 61 pages of your posts there it was.
You see I have a problem no not the tears streaming down my face or the ache in my sides from larfing.
But you see this guy down my soi has just grown a second testicle and he is distraught suicidal nearly he thinks he is deformed and weird.
How do I tell him (in one word preferably) he is the same as every bugger else.
Or do I tell him he is lucky as 99% of the male population have been deformed and weird from birth. 
Or should I tell him he is luckier than Herman Goebals and then sing
Hitler he only had one ball the other was in the Albert hall
Himmler was rather similar
But dear old Goebals had NO balls at all
Please help my sides are killing me
