Terms agreed with Man City, not with Barca - latest "rumours" appear to say he will stay at the latter.....

In other news which won't please the Premier League teams' accountants: -

"The Premier League has terminated its lucrative TV rights contract in China two years early, creating an immediate, major financial hole as football struggles to retain its revenues through the Covid-19 pandemic.

The ending of the deal with the digital broadcaster PPTV, a division of the Chinese conglomerate Suning Holdings, for unpaid money owed under the contract, follows a report in the Mail last month that the company had withheld a £160m instalment that was due in March. PP Sports committed in November 2016 to pay £564m for the live rights from 2019-22, to be shown in a mix of free-to-air and subscription packages, at the time the richest overseas TV deal the Premier League had signed."

Must say United's middle 3 look good now.

Fernandes (diving twat)
Pogba (ultra twat of the highest order)
Van de Beek

Though not the best characters, they look very creative in the middle now.

This sounds like a huge amount of money to lose, but when you look at the amount clubs are throwing away on players.............

Tottenham's kits have been mostly rubbish since Nike took over the job. Always similar to every other team's Nike kit but different colour. Bland mostly.

'Bland' is not a word I can use to describe United's 3rd kit though this season. What a treat for the eyes. 8)

I'm watching Liverpool v Leeds, 2-2 after 30 mins. Non-stop, great entertainment. I'd make Liverpool favourites but not by much.

EDIT: And as I type, it's 3-2 'Pool after 32 minutes!

^ Didn't watch it, but have seen the result and comments - sounds like one hell of a game. Leeds certainly not to be underestimated.....

Yes, one of those games where Liverpool probably deserved the win, but at the same time Leeds were unlucky not to get the draw, particularly after conceding 2 penalties, the first of which was dodgy to say the least.

Salah is pretty special though...

Mourinho said he'd bring a new striker in.

Alex Morgan, American superstar and two times winner of the women's World Cup has signed for Tottenham.

Bale and Reguilo to Spurs from Real Madrid? Is this really possible? Could transform Spurs' season...

Bale and Kane could take turns in getting injured so that hopefully one of them is fit to play!!
