Calm down RZR and Arcadian ! :tsk:
Dunno if it's the case here but I know for a fact when we sold Torres and Sky showed footage of Scallys burning a Torres shirt outside Anfield, Sky supplied the shirt and lighter.

Owen? yehright!

I wouldn't mind signing Adebayor even if he can be a bit inconsistent. He didn't do too bad for us last season.
I AM concerned about the rumours of Mr. Sulk Berbatov returning for 5M - to me that would be a real backward step.

Anyway - looks like there will be dosh from the grumpy Croatian so lets hope Levy and AVB have something up their sleeves although it don't look too good as of now.

Can't have him - he's ex Chelski and Liverpoon

I've heard that AVB might be looking for some new backroom staff and a new bootboy
Is Rafa Benitez still available?

Champions League winning, Double La Liga winning Benitez would feel inferior in the presence of the all conquering Andres.

Gaston Ramirez to Southampton for £12m.

Saw a bit of him for Uruguay at the Olympics (he was linked with Liverpool and Spuds) great signing for them.

12 goals in 58 appearances for Bologna, no goals for Uruguay. He's a 6ft winger, so presumably not an out-and-out goal scorer. He may have been linked with Liverpool and Spurs, but that appears to be as far as it ever got.

It could indeed be a great signing.
It could also be a complete waste of money.
This is the way

Spurs and Liverpool were apparently just agent talk, but I didn't know that at the time so I watched him.

For a newly promoted side to sign a Uruguay international for 12 million is pretty good.

:agree:

Just a polite question Big Boy, why the huge laugh whenever someone posts something derogatory against Arsenal?

TBF the huge laugh was mine.

Come on mate, he's a 29 year old crock. When we lost Torres we instantly replaced him with a better player.

When Keegan left we got Dalglish. 8)

You've already signed Giroud.

Yep, & i think he's gonna be a top signing, along with Podolski & Cazorla
Could be a couple more coming in too, maybe someone called Sahin

Song could be on his way too, good player but not a very good defensive midfielder, which he's supposed to be :?
