My wife is reporting 114 new Covid cases in the province with two HH areas Soi 51 (31 cases)and the Fish Market(11cases). I guess from visitors (Bangkok?)

Well the report from Joelle agrees with the 114 cases but with a different split. I'm inclined to agree with her report.

114 is yesterday's number. It is the, "two HH areas Soi 51 (31 cases)and the Fish Market(11cases)", which sounds like possible speculation as Hua Hin's share of the 114 was only 19, reported by joelle as:

Cluster​ Army​ school​ Camp​ +4
- Cluster​ Bakery shop​ soi51 +8
- Chatchai market +3

I therefore feel Pet's wife is confused somewhere along the line. However, I'm talking yesterday's figures, and I'm hoping she is talking today's numbers, so I'm looking for a source that we can validate.

31 and 11 are the cumulative case numbers for the two clusters.

found a new cluster in Hua Hin District, which is a bakery cluster in Soi Hua Hin 51, 31 collectibles.

Your wife is 100% correct in what she told you, but it is typical of modern day news reporting. Yes, there have been 31 victims, but joelle kindly reports numbers daily for us all. If you go back through joelle's reports, you will see the 31 were not discovered today, but over several days.

Likewise with Chatchai Market. Yesterday's number was 3, not 11.
