BREAKING NEWS...
Dusit Thani Hua Hin Football Academy are delighted to announce that FIFA Players' Agent left happy yesterday, set to return in May.
As Patrick told all parents and players last Sunday, he has confirmed a 3-year sponsorship agreement with the academy that will see him regularly visiting and offering advice alongside other invaluable support.
He should officially be signing the deal on his return to the office and besides assisting with our development, the highlight and incentive for our players is surely the following paragraph:
"I have promised you all that when very talented players have been spotted within Dusit Thani Hua Hin Football Academy, I will do my best to collaborate with football clubs within Europe (Belgian clubs at first) to give opportunities to live a dream and see if a career within the game would be possible. However, as I have a reputation to maintain, I would like to stress that I shall be the ONLY person choosing which players are ready to make the next step."
Already, Patrick has identified two special talents amongst our Under-13 team and together with our coaching staff, has asked the parents permission to proceed with all necessary legal agreements to take them to trial in Belgium later this year, all expenses paid, initially for one month with a view to a longer period. This is the carrot to all of the Dusit Thani Hua Hin Academy Players, old and new, over the next three years to keep working hard and improving.
Funding is also being made available to offer scholarships to talented, but less fortunate children, spotted playing around the Kingdom of Thailand, to come to Hua Hin for a better education and a chance to train with the academy with a view to also seeing if they can eventually make the grade in Europe as the new Kevin de Bruyne.
The environment is safe and though the facilities are 5-star, the prices certainly are not and new members are always welcome at Dusit Thani Hua Hin Football Academy. Monthly training fees are as little as Baht1,250/month, with additional discounts available for two or more family members. Parents are also welcome to make use of the hotel's facilities at very special rates (only Baht1,080/month for full Gold Membership of the D-FiT facilities, including the fitness centre, steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi, squash courts, tennis courts, snooker, table tennis etc, seven days a week), so why the kids sweat, adults can relax and enjoy themselves too. Members also receive the hotel's restaurant discount card free of charge.

Dear Valued Parent and Supporter of Dusit Thani Hua Hin Football Academy,
As you may know, the academy, in conjunction with Dusit Thani Hua Hin, are arranging a Sports & Activity Camp at the hotel for the registered members of Dusit Thani Hua Hin Football Academy and their guests, aged 5 - 15. The Camp will take place from Monday, 23rd – Friday, 27th March, 2015, from 10.00A.M. – 4.00P.M. each day. The price is Baht 6,000 for registered Dusit Thani Hua Hin Football Academy members and Baht 6,500 for any guests of members. The price includes lunch, water, all activities and two training shirts.
A 4-course healthy lunch will be prepared by the hotel’s chef and be changed each day. Sample menus are as follows:

Selection of Sandwich with Ham Cheese, Salad, tomato
&
Penne Pasta with Mushrooms and Chicken
&
Fried rice with Tom Yam Satay

Freshly Cut Fruits

Ik wou jullie allemaal nog is bedanken voor de leuke tijd die ik had tijdens mijn eerste verblijf hier in Azië.
Tijdens dit verblijf heb ik moeten vaststellen hoeveel inspanningen er door Steve en zijn collega’s werden geleverd om deze accademie een mooi toekomstperspectief te bieden.
Ik zal proberen mijn steentje bij te dragen door enkele malen per jaar op bezoek te komen. Hopelijk zullen de Thani Hua Hin are delighted to officially announce our 3-year agreement with one the leading FIFA Players' Agents, Patrick de Koster, responsible for Kevin de Bruyne amongst others. As well as providing support and guidance, Patrick will be regularly visiting and inviting talented Dusit Thani Hua Hin Football Academy players, current or future to trial with leading European clubs on fully-paid scholarships. Ik heb beloofd dat wanneer er talent opgemerkt wordt er zal geprobeerd worden om samen te werken met Europese ( Belgische om te beginnen ) club’s. Het is echter belangrijk om te weten dat ik de ENIGE persoon zal zijn om deze beslissing te nemen.
Als ik persoonlijk niet overtuigd ben van een speler ( wat niet wil zeggen dat hij het slecht doet ) zal ik geen dossier opstarten. Misschien vinden bepaalde mensen dat ik foute keuze’s maak maar tijdens heel mijn professionele carriere heb ik mijn verantwoordelijkheden niet ontvlucht.
Deze werkwijze zal ik in de toekomst ook blijven volgen.
Hopelijk brengt de toekomst wat verrassingen voor ons allen. Spijtig genoeg ontbreekt het mij aan tijd om met oedereen contact te onderhouden maar nogmaals zeg ik dat mijn overtuiging is dat de huidige crew schitterend werk levert.

When, personally, I am not convinced that a player is ready to go on trial (this doesn't mean the player isn't doing well, but maybe just needs more time to develop his skills and abilities), I shall not start the procedure.
Maybe, sometimes, parents or coaches will not agree with the choices that I make, but during my whole professional career I have never hidden behind or shirked my professional responsibilities as I have a reputation to maintain. Therefore, I cannot or shall not deviate from the course of action that I have followed for years.
Hopefully the future will bring many more surprises for everyone. Unfortunately, I don't have the personal time to maintain continual contact with everyone, but once again, having met the Dusit Thani Hua Hin Football Academy coaching staff and team, I fully trust them to continue delivering the great work they are doing.

ผมได้สัญญากับทุกๆท่านไว้แล้วว่าเมื่อมีการค้นพบผู้เล่นที่มีความสามารถใน Dusit Thani Hua Hin Football Academy, ผมจะทำการร่วมมือกับ สมาคมฟุตบอลใน Europe (สมาคมเบลเยี่ยมเป็นที่แรก) เพื่อที่จะสร้างโอกาศ สานฝัน และ สร้างนักกีฬาหากเป็นไปได้ อย่างไรก็ตาม ผมเองก็มีชื่อเสียงที่จำเป็นต้องรักษาไว้ ผมจะขอกล่าวให้ชัดเจนว่า ผมจะเป็นผู้คัดเลือกนักกีฬาที่พร้อมที่จะได้ก้าวไปสู่ขั้นต่อไป
หากส่วนตัวแล้ว ผมจะไม่ถูกโน้มน้าว หากว่ามีผู้เล่นที่มีศักกายภาพพร้อมที่จะก้าวต่อไป (ไม่ได้หมายความว่า นักกีฬาเล่นยังได้ไม่ดีพอ, แต่บางทีอาจจะต้องการเวลาให้นักกีฬาที่จะพัฒนาความสามารถและฝึกฝนเขี้ยวเล็บ) ซึ่งผมอาจเห็นยังไม่สมควรที่ได้รับการคัดเลือก
บางที บางครั้ง ผู้ปกครอง หรือ โค้ชอาจจะไม่เห็นด้วยกับผู้ที่ได้รับเลือกโดยผม แต่จากประสพการณ์มืออาชีพในสายงานนี้ ผมมียุติธรรมในการตัดสินใจ และมีชื่อเสียงที่ต้องรักษาไว้ ดังนั้น ผมจะไม่คัดเลือกโดยเส้นสาย อย่างเด็ดขาด และมองจากผลลัพท์ของการฝึกซ้อมที่ผมได้ติดตามมาตลอดอย่างแน่นอน
ผมคาดหวังว่า ในอนาคตจะนำพาความเซอไพรซ์แก่ทุกๆท่าน โชคไม่ดี ที่ผมไม่อาจจะมีเวลาที่จะติดต่อกับทุกๆคน ตลอดๆ และแน่นอน ผมได้พบกับ โค้ชและสตาฟ Dusit Thani Hua Hin Football Academy ซึ่งผมเชื่อมั่นพวกเขาที่จะสร้างสรรค์และสานต่อสิ่งดีๆที่พวกเขาได้ให้กำเนิดไว้ต่อไป

[ADVERTORIAL] Dusit Thani Hua Hin Football Academy
This is great, only just viewed this thread and also only realised that there were some similar junior football club activities here in HH as I was exposed to when I was a kid back in England.
My little one is perhaps too young to join in at the mo (he's only 2), but he will be a recruit in a year or two for sure.
Keep up the good work.
(I was wondering if there was a similar set up for junior golf in HH? Off topic I know).

Please note that after the Western Thailand Football Academy League End-of-Season Tournament, which we are hosting this Sunday, the team will be taking a well-earned 2-week break until Friday 17th April due to the annual Bangkok Post Hua Hin International Cricket Sixes tournament at the hotel and then Songkran.
Please feel free to come along this Saturday and have a chat while the little one has a kick around

Demand tells us another camp is in order later in the year, but we need to find a date when all schools are on holiday as we had some disappointed kids who wanted but were unable to join on this occasion.
