Just came across this.
http://forums.liverpoolecho.co.uk/vi...er=asc&start=0
Fix or just lucky?
I still can't figure out what's to be gained if it was a fix.
Oh well, I have it on good authority that it will be Man U - Barca and Liv - Chel for the semi's and a Liv - Man U Final.

AS Roma 0 Manchester United 2 (Ronaldo's 36th goal of the season plus one from Wayne Rooney).
Schalke 0 Barcelona 1
Looks set for a classic United v Barcelona semi-final confrontation now.
Chelsea should also make it over 2 legs but the Arsenal v Liverpool tie is too close to call.

The other two quarter finals last night.
Arsenal 1 Liverpool 1 (Liverpool should be slight favourites for the second leg with it being at Anfield but remember what Arsenal did to AC Milan in the San Siro).
Fenerbache 2 Chelsea 1 (Bit of a surprise as Fenerbache came from behind to win just like Spurs in the Carling Cup Final. But the good news for Chelsea fans is that there customary 1-0 home win will be enough to send them through on away goals).
Last 4......Manchester United,Barcelona,Chelsea and,I think,Liverpool.

Well we cant forget, Fabregas and Wenger are still talking about it.
Liverpool did exactly the same thing to the better Milan side at the San siro and to Barcelona at the Nou Camp last season but Liverpool arent still harping on about it.

Liverpool 4-2 Arsenal
Absolutely brilliant game and well done to both teams.
Chelsea 2-0 Fernabache
Early goal settled Chelsea and then they took control.
Should be an interesting semi-final

Yes Thai Tam. How are you by the way? Been drowning your sorrows? I was watching Liverpool V Arsenal last night. Arsenal went 1-0 up and were looking superb. Unfortunately fell asleep. Woke up to see the 4-2 scoreline. It must have been a cracker!
