With this particular handset, one is also able to talk out of one's ass whilst listening to the caller.

Eric, who do the GPO think that they are kidding? These mobile phones will never catch on, the phone is heavy enough, imagine the weight of the coin box as well!!

Stupid idea that will never catch on! It took 3 kick starts to get the bike going and the emergency services turned up saying that I had dialled 999

A big thank you to prcscct, who was this week's Guest Judge. However, whilst prcscct responded very quickly, he presented me with a scenario I hadn't prepared for - tied first place. After much deliberation, a very sophisticated solution was found. Mrs BB decided which was heads and which was tails, and my son tossed a coin.

This week's top 5(6):

5th Bristolian with "Stupid idea that will never catch on! It took 3 kick starts to get the bike going and the emergency services turned up saying that I had dialled 999?"

4th pharvey with "It doesn't look like a roof-rack to me!!"

3rd Bristolian with "The world may be at your fingertips but the redial is closer to your ankles"

2nd Bristolian with "In the days when users were smart and the phones were not!"

1st= (lost toss) JD with "With this particular handset, one is also able to talk out of one's ass whilst listening to the caller."

1st= (won toss) place goes to Bristolian with "When those dreadful telesales people call, you can relax, sit comfortably on mouthpiece and express your feelings perfectly" :clap: :clap: :bow: :bow: :dance:

Thank you very much to all who participated. Better luck next time to those who didn't win.

Bristolian you now have until 23:59 on 24 May 15 to post the next entry. Competition results will be announced on 29 May 15.

Next week will be the judges panel deciding your fate.
