Passed by yesterday and place is a building site but looks like it is still going to be a bar.

Somebody appears to be totally renovating it so probably out of action for a while.

I understand that the BRB is undergoing a total concept change and will shortly be opening as a Play Sports Lounge.

There will be a golf Simulator for the enthusiast who wants to put things right and sports goods for sale.

There may well be other things so those interested should go and looksee

I know may sound silly, but do any of these owners do a market study first to see which themes would be the most popular and thus bring in customers and money?

You don't need a fancy firm to do it, just half a dozen mates to frequent all the HH bars and informally talk to the customers over a period of a few months. Pete :cheers:

Before you knock it I have no idea what other interests the new 'Lounge' may have, so please check it out first before you find fault - after all it is not even open.

I might add that I have no interest whatsoever in this enterprise but I do wish it well.

It's got 3 floors of rooms above it that were already fitted out, plus a rooftop terrace, be very surprised if it doesn't operate as a guesthouse too!?
