Great result for Celtic tinight, beating Barca and I'm pleased to say thhat Chelsea played their get out of jail card! Over the 2 games, Shakhtar have been the better team IMO, we needed Terry out there tonight, especially with Cole injured. Against the better teams we're being exposed a little, again a fit Lamps is needed in such games and its becoming apparant, we need someone sharper than Torres as a lone striker.

No doubt about it,Celtics was the result of the night.They have given themselves a great chance of making the knockout stages and deserve to do so.

Likewise,if Celtic better Benficas result in the final game they will progress (Barcelona v Benfica,Celtic v Spartak Moscow).
United are already through (much to the delight of you all ) and could yet be joined by Arsenal,Celtic and Chelsea......Citeh,of course,are a lost cause !

That's the thing, Abramovich seems to think of Guardiola as some sort of football god but the whole reason Barca are so good is because it's a long-term project, the club plays the same way all the way through the ranks.

Benitez started the same thing at Liverpool, even employing Barcas 2 youth coaches.
