Under South Hua Hin can you change "Butterfly Rock" to "Play Sports Lounge".

In that small space on the map immediately south of O'Neills there is a new bar (opened about three weeks ago) in the space that used to be the 2nd-home real estate office. It's called Shooters. It's still owned by the 2nd-home partners and they still have a smaller realty office in the back I think. [Edited at the request of the poster] I talked to one of the owners recently about the concept and it is an expat bar (with pool table) where you can bring your wife or girlfriend with no worries as there are no (female) take-outs.

Where the real estate office is/was, I seem to remember this was a bar about 7 or 8 years ago.

2nd-home was there for three years (or more). I don't remember exactly what was there before but for a short time it was a bar that had a big (giant) outdoor screen and used to show sports and other things on it.

There's basically two separate units there back-to-back with a shared corridor/stairwell/toilet block separating them. One side as you both mention was the German bar/restaurant with outside area & big screen, seemed to go up about 7 years ago and then changed to whatever office it is now about 2-3 years ago!? Then the Poonsuk side was 2nd Home office & terrace, which is now this new bar.

When the terrace was full on a party night it looked the part being dark with the neon backdrop lighting, or whatever the term is. But the 3 or 4 nights I saw it last week I didn't see a soul up there and the dark theme didn't look that inviting, needs something going on up on the terrace imo, a 'DJ' playing gentle bargrooves type music, or a vodka/tequila bar with a nice lady or two dressed up. Only been open a couple of weeks though so no need to panick, it's a novel concept for centre of town and adds a bit of variety.

Hi, am thinking of visiting HH in a week.
Anyone can give a brief description of some interesting clubs from the map?

I've read through the forums, cant seem to find one that has a summary of all the clubs listed on the map.

Anyone that can help would be greatly appreciated.

If you mean clubs as in techno/dance/trance/foam/dry ice/whistles/flourescent sticks fuelled by vodka kratin daeng and yaa-E that don't finish til 7am then the reason there isn't any on the map is because there isn't any to put on the map.

There used to be a disco up near the railway crossing in town, but last I heard ( maybe 5 years ago) it was full of 'badly drawn boys' to use a musical metaphor and might well have shut down by now.

Hua Hin isn't really clubbing central. And there's no seals either, just in case you're Canadian and I've got the wrong end of the stick (no pun intended).

Lazy Daze was refurbished earlier in the year. Marina is closed. The plaza now has just JJs, Ice Bar and Chill Out with the central part of the plaza partially demolished.
Other bars seem as before, Shooters, O'Neills, PP, Diamond, Suky, Stone, and Queen Flower.
Sand Inn, London, Paradise, Family and Tuk Tuk.

At 5 points is El Murhpys, Jungle Juice, Limelight and down the left soi 3 Ladies (closed) Stevie Gs (closed) Sabai and opposite Little Norway.
