Personally, I'm OK at the moment, but will bring the boxful if necessary. Khao Takiab would be fine, but don't forget that Sat 19th is the middle of a very long weekend (17th and 18th are both public holidays).

party too?

Post by Chas »

I suggested to Elem that we do this book swap as a sort of party somewhere and use it as a chance to meet other HHAD folks.

Perhaps in the evening or night and perhaps in a more central restaurant or friendly pub? ( It is low season after all) and perhaps some time other than Saturday afternoon? Just thoughts here.

I have two bags full of book ready to go. . .and I am down to only a couple that I havent read so I am definately in no matter the venue or time.

If it's evening, I'm out, I'm afraid. I have no-one to look after littl'un at night, anymore.

I, and probably my sister-in-law, would be interested in attending the swap. Is this still on? Has a venue/ time been decided? Afternoon or evening is ok.

Be nice to put some faces to the regular posters! :D

Well, unless anyone posts anything to the contrary, I (at least) will be at Dick's Office at 3pm Saturday. Anyone else?

Hopefully see you & sister-in-law there, huahinjim.

traffic

Post by Chas »

Could we have picked a worse weekend?

I will try to be there, but if traffic is anything like it was last night I am turning around and coming back home.
