I suspect this is the reason why the RSS feed is no more working (See pict attached)

Translation :
An error occured whilst updating the RSS feed "HHAD Hua Hin"
The requested URL was not found on this server

Is there a new RSS link ?

Yes here are the two new feeds:

New topics: http://www.huahinafterdark.com/forum/fe ... ode=topics

Active topics: http://www.huahinafterdark.com/forum/fe ... ics_active

These are ATOM feeds, if you need RSS you could use our Twitter feed which has now been automated:

Um....don't know if it's just me, but been getting this a bit earlier today when trying to get to the index page...

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

User huaaddfn_hhad already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections [1203]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

Seems to have gone now but thought it was worth letting you know about it. :?

We made a backup of the database today - it usually coincides with that.

That error may also occur under peak load, we are looking into alternative web hosting to handle the forum as it has grown substantially from what it used to be. We are continually breaking our 'most users ever online' record, today again with 113 users.

Adding to the previous topic of not being able to always see the first post from 'latest topics'.
If I open ' view new posts ' as suggested it does not contain all ' latest topics' and the only way to find the early or opening post is to open the topic from the board index menu. Presently the latest topics has 15 entries and the view new 12.

While I'm on, I'll ask what might sound like a stupid/rhetorical question, I'd like to ask about "How do you edit a post?" It's seems you have a "Quote/report post/PM/comtact etc" option but the "Edit" option seems to be elusive on the post.

Edit: Strange, The edit option didn't appear on the post for quite a while, maybe something to do with me using wifi EDGE modem, then, all of a sudden it turned up, odd!

I noticed the same problem and commented on it last week.
The "View active topics" on the main page and "Latest Topics" heading on the side bar are somewhat misleading as they refer only to entries from filtered or featured categories.
Some content, such as that in Entertainment Zone, is excluded on the premise that much of it was considered not specific to Hua Hin. eg. my reply to OP about Supersport satellite TV.
Use the "View new posts" link if you want to see all entries.

To get a list of new topics use the "View new posts" link, it covers them all, you can also use "View your posts" to see ones you have contributed to. The "Latest topics" selection only shows Hua Hin relevant topics as it is designed as a 'snap shot' to attract new members to the board - it is not as functional as the "view new posts" method and thus not recommended for use to navigate the board properly.

Editing is only allowed for 5 minutes after you post.

I usually go in through "view unread posts".

Since the upgrade after I read the first, it disappears, but all others do not.

Also the posts seem to hang around quite a while, even those I read a few days prior.

No big deal, they are chronological, but thought I'd post what I noticed.

Still finding that the page count and posts are out of sync. :?
Sometimes earlier pages cannot be accessed without reverting to Board Index and starting over on a topic.

Could you please give some examples to give our technical team somewhere to start their investigations?

Problem usually shows up when using 'View new Posts' or 'Latest topics' links.
The most recent post comes up as on the only entry on 'page 2' but trying to read an earlier post by clicking on 'page 1' doesn't work as it's stuck on displaying page 2.
You then have to go back to the board index to access page 1.
Later, the posts seem to be consolidated into one page with the most recent post that was previously at the top of page 2 now appearing as the last entry on page 1.
Example today was SJ's reply to " Hua Hin property multiple listing service" (Posted: Mon Apr 05, 2010 9:55 am).
This started off as the first entry on page 2 but now appears on page 1. :?
Hope this helps to find the glitch that wasn't there with the old software.
