Has anyone seen any announcement regards when the latest Bond movie may be in Hua Hin?

Can't answer your question but I did notice it's already available on 123Hulu and that was the day before the premiere in London! Not sure how they do that but I'd guess the quality isn't great although I haven't checked. Better copies, I'm sure will be forthcoming quite soon.

It is currently advertised as dubbed in Thai only for Hua Hin, and that is Market Village:

There are no listings for Bluport yet, but I guess the fact they are re-opening 2 days prior to the release, they will be showing it. Bluport was always a better bet for Original Soundtrack.

[Edit] Release date in Thailand is 7 October.

I'm just back from the cinema and the new Bond movie

Brilliant movie - certainly don't understand how IMDB only give it 7.6

As we approached the cinema, we started seeing 'Cashless Cinema' signs. Money was no good. I'm not sure how my daughter-in-law paid (saved me some cash anyway ), but I saw the dreaded QR Code appear on the ticket machine, which she scanned to complete the transaction. I've no idea what app she used to pay, but I certainly don't have it on my phone. It basically excludes me from going to the cinema alone in future. I don't have a clue how she paid, and I thought we were going home again.

Covid precautions inside the cinema were pretty good, but there were a couple of Farangs who were obviously exempt from the mask wearing rule that every Thai and 'most' Farangs complied with. They were sat a considerable distance from me.

One thing baffled me - drinks and popcorn were not allowed, but were on sale outside the cinema. Even more baffling was that people were buying it.

To pay by QR code - just use your bank's smartphone app. Obviously having network access is required.

I've always refused to use banking on my phone until now. I might have to reconsider, in which case I'll have to tighten the phone's security.

Yes, I had to turn my Hotspot on, so without me, they've lost my daughter-in-law as a customer as well . At least there's downloads. We've already watched 6 of the movies that are coming.
