Intrest Rates

Post by kendo »

This morning the Bank of England has made a shock cut in intrest rates by 1.5% yes 1.5 % the base rate will now be 3% i guess this will affect people living on saving in Thailand coupled with a very poor exchange rate.

if we had a prize for the most stupid and insensitive post then this is the winner.
let me put it another way. Kendo, when your u.k house has dropped in value by 35% from its peak and it will, and your job goes because of the recession. I guess this will affect you.
by the way I have corrected your spelling

Since you've decided to get picky, I'll break my rule... CAPS LOCK? What the chuffin' 'eck are you talking about?

I think you'll find that the 'u.k' is usually referred to (in that respect) as the UK.

And if you take a closer look at your supremely condescending post, I think you'll find I added at least 3 capital letters and corrected at least 3 punctuation errors.

All of which is by the by - my point is/was that if you want to disagree with someone, please do so - but don't take the piss out of their spelling. And if you do, make sure you get everything else 100% correct! :thumb:

Miked; this is a warning.
What you find stupid is of no interest for the rest of us.
Please mind your language.
