Depending on how much you want to spend it might be worth trying one of the leather shops as they might make some custom ones for you, and they may have some anyway that would fit. A friend of mine got some in Hua Hin about 3 years ago - I think it was a bike shop in Cha Am on the right before the lights going north but whether they are still there or do what you want I couldn't tell you now. Might be worth a look though.

Here's a place down in Phuket that seems to have some exotic items. Pete

Going south it's on your left hs a few 1oo meters after Tesco Lotus.
They helped me with some Honda parts five years ago but I can't say if they're up to that standard now.

A few folk have had throw-overs made down Poolsuk opp. Summat-Flower-Bar and it seems the guy will do to suit your bike...you need 'em to clear the Zorst when full, and to allow pillion leg-room maybe, so take the bike to show him. Sounds like a cunning plan that might just work...?

Thanks for all the comments so far lads.

I've zoomed down Pranburi and the Honda Garage their, while very helpful with re-spraying my engine parts (for free no less! :) ) the only panniers they had were the black ones for the Phantom (4 day waiting period). Aesthetics doesn't bother me that much but they hang far too low over the exhaust so it seems a trip to the leathersmiths in the bar-ghetto is next on the agenda :)

Usual suspect, Bozzman and others.

Thanks for the heads up on the panniers.

I've got a set sorted and fitted at the leatherworkers shop opposite (ish) the flower bar. :)

I owe you folks a beer if we bump into each other on the binta :)
