I had same trouble last year mailed about 3 times no reply, decided to go elsewhere.

Great display, aesthetic looking items however a bit too fond of glue for mine in Burma. Have they heard of tongue and groove especially for higher end items. Am also still waiting for a phone call from them following my visit 3 months ago.

They seem like a very nice couple when you go there and talk to them in person, but I have recommended them to friends who have had only bad experiences with their service. When I've been there and looked at their showroom and warehouse pieces I've been impressed but at such a high price, you expect customer service to be flawless, as in "the customer is always right". Per my friends' experience this doesn't seem to be the case so even though they seem nice and seem to have an original idea and a decent product, without proper customer service at those prices I would now give it a pass.
