iam 59 tears just taken a lease on a business in hua hin can anyone be so kind to advise be to what visa and work permits i need also from where can i obtain them lastly can this be done in hua hin...urgent answers pls

Some sorts of work is illegal to do or be performed by farangs, so you have to be more specific.

JD, application for a work permit can only be done here and you must start with a Non-B visa which you can only get outside Thailand.
Norseman is entirely correct - there are several occupations which farangs are not allowed. A Google search for "thailand restricted occupations" turns up a lot of info.
A chat with a Thai lawyer would be useful, and posting your intentions here would help too - there are many members of this forum who know the system, what you can do and what you cannot do (and how you CAN do what you're not allowed to do).
