Never heard of it, but just looked it up on the web. Personally, I think it looks very expensive for what you get.

hi big boy,
27,000 baht for a 2 bed & 2 bath apt for 42 nights(in jan&feb 2010) don't seem to expensive to me.we paid 36,000 baht a month 2 years ago for a basic room!!

No, that sounds quite good. I was commenting on the $400 per week that they advertise on their web site.

Residence 112

Post by Albie Quick »

Hi,

If you want any info re Residence 112, then I might be able to help as I live there.

I moved into one of the apartments a few months ago and Residence 112 is now my home. I have to say that I love it. Beautifully maintained, nice pool and the apartments are a very high build quality.

A little bit out of town but this is off-set by the 40 baht per person taxi service on the hour into Hua Hi. Tuk tuk back is about 150/200 baht depending on your negotiating skills.

A few permanent residents and some people on holiday and all seem to get along well. Locals who've been out to see me think it's great value for money.

Any more info required, feel free to ask,

Albie
