I have a couple of foreign customers that are looking for one big bi-familiar villa very close to a nice and quite beach , any area between Cha-Am and Prachuap it's ok , Their main requirement it's very simple , to give the right picture of vwhat I'm looking for I will use their wods " The house must be Big , Well decorated , safe and when we open the door we need to step directly on the sand " I can guarantee that this it's not a wasting time ad. They had just purchased an apartment in one of the newest Sky scrapers building on the Chaophraya River ( a months ago ) and now they want a Villa by the beach . In case of matching requirements answers I will give more details and my contact number to anyone will request it . I live in Bkk and I'm ready to travel in the area at anytime . Regards
