Just wondering is anyone has stayed at this guest house as it is very reasonable 700 bht would be interested to hear what its like.

Great place for the money mate, more of a hotel than a Guesthouse.

It was the first place I stayed in Hua Hin and I would recommend it.

Great location and a very good price.

Almost opposite All In Hua Hin.

The rooms are similar to PP Villa standard or any number of 1000b-1800b rooms.

For the money, if I didn't have my place, I'd happily stay there. No pool though.

Slight word of warning, 1 or 2 of the rooms haven't got windows but the ones at the front (as above) have got little balconys.

My car is parked out front of it but I've never stayed there.

The wife would love those double ended baths, as she would not be relegated to the tap end.

Looks very good value at the price and central for all the bars.
