HHAD members meet Dec 12 or 19?
Since we're undecided on the date we'll run a poll for a couple of weeks to decide in true democratic fashion!
So the venue will be the HH Fishing Lodge and we have two Saturdays to choose from so please make your vote count if you intent to attend!
Also use this thread for further discussion on the event.
Edit: We're assuming that all those that vote either 12 or 19 are definitely going to turn up

I know that we are on various maps but here's the one from our website - giving directions.

If followed exactly, you should find us - no problem.

HHAD Members meet Dec 12 or 19
For me 12 th December would be fine.
Its a very close call at the moment, anymore that havent voted their preferences yet?
All of the golf societies have their annual bashes on the 19th also so the 12th maybe a better date.
Or we can have it on both weekends!

I would love to attend but fortunately i have another english winter to enjoy. So if you are doing the same thing in 2010 put me on the list.
I would love to meet you guys.
Without the advice and help i have had from this forum i am not sure i would have married my Thai wife, built a house in Prak. Inherited a whole Thai family (with an awful lot of sick buffalos). Moving to a land brimming with snakes. And i hate snakes.
And all you can suggest for a cobra in your lounge, in the 21st century is a broom. Do they do one with a 20 ft handle?
A land where malaria mossies bite you at night time. I can live with them but it seems a smidgen unfair in the rainy season the dengue one gets you in the day.
Immigration change the rules hourly. Farangs always pay top price.
Supporting your lokal police is a monthly chore with a 200 baht tax.
My pet hate is the standard of driving in LOS.
I took 1 ride in the minibus from Patriot square to HH.
Overloaded, rocket propelled, driven bya tired & reckless driver.
Accident waiting to happen.
I am not a fan of the EU elf & safety brigade.
But isn't it logical if the vans went a little slower. And they all get home safely it would be cheaper than recovering one wrapped around a lamp post.
But despite these problems with the guidance of your goodselves. I have chosen to rest my weary bones in the LOS.
SO I REALLY WANT TO MEET YOU GUYS>
I shall be bringing my lokal Farang nut biting rabid soi dogs.
And thank you personaly.
A smidgen toungue in cheek.

Mr. Numb
Seems that you have managed to sum life up in LOS quite well
And you're not even living here yet!
