Can anyone tell me if they know who can fit an outdoor Jaccuzi for me, and an approximate price?

No personal experience, but most of the pool shops can do that. GDL on Phetkasem Road south of the flyover (about a kilometer on the left or east side) does it for sure and has a good reputation for quality and service as far as I know.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?
