Where is Rom Sai or Tambon Kor Mor 5?

Spotted a listing in the Hua Hin Hotline for a festival of 'Thai Song Dam' culture on 14 April. Looks interesting. The location is given as 'Rom Sai community'. Anyone know where that is?
