Visa services suspended

Post by Arcadian »

The British embassy in Tunis has announced that all visa applications to the UK have been suspended. Does anyone know if the UK embassy in Bangkok, when normal service resumes, will accept visa applications?

The UK embassy in Bangkok no longer deals with visa applications. The process is now carried out by the Visa Application Centre on Ratchadamri road. Can't remember the name of the building but the Centre is on the first floor. Address, telephone numbers and website address are available on the UK in Thailand website. Sorry, don't know if or when they are expecting to be open.

On a UK based forum, it states they are hoping to re-open on Monday. Expect delays in processing of up to 12 weeks.
