Looking for Property to rent 15-20 baht

Post by photosonmytravels »

Hello, I will be having a good look around when I finally get to Hua Hin 5 July 10, and have 2 weeks B&B booked, but thought I would cast this question as you never know what might be just coming available.....so here goes

I am pretty flexible, but haven't really decided how long I will stay, but would be willing to commit to 6 months for the right property

My main criteria is Good Internet access, and not high up in the gods. I would really like a place over-looking or on the beach, but realise that is going to put the cost up. House or Condo not bothered really swimming pool great but not essential! Walking distance to town, don't mind if if it's a long walk, but not interested in buying/hiring transport.

Cost......Budget is up to 15,000 baht...........BUT if it were a REALLY good place I would go up to 20,000, but that would be beach/sea if that sort of thing is possible.

Anyone know anything available early/mid July then either post or pm me. Thanks!

Plenty about and guess you should really look at what the forum sponsors have to offer

I stay at Condo Chain and their prices vary from 8K upwards. Pool, clean and secure and beach 70 metres away. Walk down the beach or the main road and your in town in 15 minutes.

Rent from 1 night to 2 years and no deposit

Yes thanks Richard I was just reading your other posts about it, and have their website up now. Certainly good for flexibility. Also have checked out the forum's sponsors sites, which all have things available, just inside info is often the best, you never know what might crop up. Cheers for your reply.

Thanks Lev, I guess really the best way to do this, is look around a few, there are so many variants. Cheers
