I did mention this on ather thread, but developments need it to be dealt with on its on.
Situation:
We have one relative who has senile dementia unable to make decision, her husband is in an induced coma in hospital after heart attack and breathing problems, with brain damage.
We are trying to arrange their finances, in a safe way. we are not sure who has control of the finances, the husband who is in a coma or the wife. We think it is the husband.
Does anyone know how we would get power of attorney in thailand. My wife is in Thailand at the moment trying to sort it out.
Thanks to anybody that knows

power of attorney
Woke up this morning breathing that's a good start to the day.
Re: power of attorney
I have had PofA established here a couple of times. It has always just been for specific case, not "enduring". I think that you would have to apply to the courts in Thailand under the circumstances you mention. It would have to be done through a Lawyer, and may take some time to establish. Sorry, I do not know exactly.lindosfan1 wrote:I did mention this on ather thread, but developments need it to be dealt with on its on.
