Cycling/Tennis

Post by mac2309 »

Hi All,

I'm coming out to HH soon and wondering if there are any groups that go out cycling or anyone there that plays tennis?
Don't know where I'm going to get a bike from yet so if anyone has any ideas about that please let me know.

Cheers, Mac

Hi Mac,
we are a small group of tennis players and use to play double 2-3 times a week at the Tawimook near Hua HIn hospital Soi 8. You can enjoy us. Jiri

Hi Jiri,

That sounds great, I'd love to join you if that's ok?
What is the Tawimook?
I will be arriving in Hua Hin on the 25th Nov.
If you could let me know when you will be playing after the 25th I will be sure to join you.
I'm not sure whether I should bring my tennis racket. Are they reasonably cheap to buy there?
What surface do you play on?
What sort of standard/age is your group?

Hope to see you soon,

Mac

Hi Mac,
we are around age 60, but all in a very good shape and some of the guys have a lot of experience. So you have to be pretty good if we would enjoy the game. Bring tennis racket and balls with you. Thailand is not a tennis country. Tawimook is a golf driving ranch with 3 new hard court tennis places. Best in Hua Hin. Hope to see you after 25.11.
Cheers Jiri

I am here!
Got my tennis racket and balls with me too.
When do you play? I saw the place you mentioned on the drive in. Bit far to walk from my place!
Do you have transport or can you advise me how I get there?
