We went a few years ago and it was very enjoyable. For the evening reenactment of the bombing of the bridge I suggest getting a reservation at the floating restaurant closest to the bridge with a table on the rail facing the bridge. That is truly a front row seat! We did this and it was well worth buying the advance tickets. Food was ok too.

Here's some shots from that location. They are hand held so shaky. I forgot to take my tripod! :(

My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

Lest we forget what it cost to build that railway line and free millions from the horrors of war around the World.
