There is a website< liveoncat.com > which will tell you which channels are showing many sports, click on to your chosen league, or sport it will then tell you the satellite transmitting the signal.

Works for me, I watched Birmingham v Arsenal live on Canal + Sport, commentary was in Polish though!

That's what I use, the Veetle or sopcast (particularly YES) are the best, TV quality sometimes. I'm yet to try it in Thailand though.
