Wanted for rental

Can anyone help me?
I am looking for a bung/house for long term rental, must be central and beach side if possible.
I would also like an enclosed garden if poss due to kiddies!
And please - NO HOUSING ESTATES!!

I think "Baan Sar Suan" is the place where u want to find the house near beach. I hope that u would get the rent townhouse which u desire soon.
