Hi--Airline spouse, avid traveler off to Thailand for second time. First w/husband, this trip w/my niece (her first).
Been lotsa places--most favored is South Africa but w/DL taking over NW , we have more access to SE Asia.
LEarning to do more Asian travel on this trip--trains, buses, etc. We like upscale--spas, food, wines--slightly out of the way places but only soft adventure for me due to mild heart condition.
Cheers to all and plan to ask more Q's in future.

The DL taking over NW I think is Delta Airlines taking over Northwest Airlines? I actually didn't know that if I'm correct as Northwest had been owned by KLM, up to now at least. Welcome to the forum. Pete
