Yes, we can follow what's going on there from BBC, CNN, FOX, Australian News and DW (German) news channels. Looks like a terrorist attack to me, very sad indeed.

It's all on international television by now, but the main events have been one double-decker bus blown-up (possibly a suicide bomber) near Kings Cross railway terminus, with two fatalities, and five or six explosions at underground stations. The consequence is that the commuting population of London is severely inconvenienced as the transport network is paralysed. There has been no definite claim of responsibility by any group although self-evidently, these are terrrorist attacks.
This or something like it has been waiting to happen, but the UK population will not be intimidated by extremists and life will return to what we now accept as "normality" very quickly........ One is nevertheless reminded of our mortality. What possible justification can there be for such wanton distruction and infliction of casualties ?

Simple but may be worth considering? Following the disaster in London . . .
East Anglian Ambulance Service have launched a national "In case of Emergency ( ICE ) " campaign with the support of Falklands war hero Simon Weston.
The idea is that you store the word " I C E " in your mobile phone address book, and against it enter the number of the person you would want to be contacted "In Case of Emergency". For more than one contact name ICE1, ICE2, ICE3 etc.
In an emergency situation ambulance and hospital staff will then be able to quickly find out who your next of kin are and be able to contact them.
It's so simple that everyone can do it. It really could save your life, or put a loved one's mind at rest.
What a good idea!

I think that is a great idea. But, will the Thai's know about it and what to look for? I think there needs to be more said about this in local publications. Perhaps some letters to the Bangkok Post will put needed focus on it.
