Locations that serve a "good" American / English breakfast.
Locations that serve a "good" American / English breakfast.
Being breakfast addicts, my wife and I are always looking for new locations that serve a "good" breakfast. Our favourite was Victoria as it was located just across the road from our work place but it has moved on.
Apart from hotel buffets, suggestions welcome.

When I lived in, and visited, Hua Hin I often had a breakfast in Buffalo Bills Tavern near the fishing pier, excellent value and quality, though I often was full the fest of the day. I'm assuming it's still there.

Jungle Juice in the little road opposite the Hilton. Lucky restaurant in Kanjanomai does a decent one too, not typically british but its definitley worth trying - sausgage (not a cocktail one!) egg any style, bacon, ham and toast with juice and tea was 100 baht i think..maybe 120.

If you are looking for a good English breakfast try the Oasis Bar in Khao Takiab (real English sausage, bacon & black pudding). In town El Murphy's also do a good breakfast.

Yes.. I know Luckys, Jungle Juice, El Murphy.... And have visited them. They all present a parking problem.
What I should have added to my post, is that I am ancient and do not walk to well. So being able to park nearby is fairly essential.

Hua Hin Fishing Lodge does an excellent full breakfast and parking is very easy.

My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

There is plenty of room to park outside the Oasis in Khao Takiab (just past the police station).

I also would recommend the Oasis, not just for breakfast but for meals as well. Well cooked and very good portions.

I think you mean Lizz or Lin's restaurant.richard wrote:Across the road from you just before you get to soi 80 is an English cafe
Got good breakfast, real sausages lovely bacon, grilled tomato and mushrooms. baked beans.
And not to forget the eggs. :-)
This with a pot of tea or coffee and orange juice, free refill of the juice.( not fresh but out of a carton )
For this I believe I paid 150 baht, Not more.
She has also nice apple pie with warm custard (120 baht or less ?? )
Funny place, outide they have 2 tables where smoking is forbidden, but inside you can.
This has to do with the fact that her neighbour is cooking outside.

Well my name is not Richard,

Just give it a go.

Johanna, I was just joking with Richard as others on here have given him a hard time about over promoting that restaurant. I do want to try it but I rarely go downtown. I live south of town and can't seem to make it past all the good eateries on (and just off) Soi 94.
