^ Yes, and some Tuk Tuk drivers just use the time to relax while others modify their machines to handle the flood:

That homemade jetski thing a couple of posts above powered by a pump is really quite ingenious.

Well, at least the Buddha statue seems to be enjoying the attention he is getting.
