Good quality food , generous portions, not cheap but OK for tourists

Where pray tell, is the golden mile? Sorry for my ignorance but I spend my time on the cast iron mile.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

The Golden Mile (which is actually 7 miles long)is the name given to the stretch of Promenade between the North and South piers in Blackpool, England. 
My mind wandered and never came back
