Looking to buy or rent a car

I've had a look at the car dealers in Hua Hin and have got the relevant information on costs and availability of new cars.
I now want to explore the possibility of buying a second hand vehicle from a reputable dealer or private individual or a long term rental.
I'm open to any make or model but would prefer something at 1.5 cc or above and not too old. I have a Thai driving licence and own my own place in Hua Hin.

Any help would be appreciated.
