You can use the gym..... Pool and sauna at the Hilton for 500 Baht a day......
No need for a membership.......
But you cannot separate..... Only a complete package....

Unless Hilton has added a steam room over the past year, they only have a sauna.
Sheraton does have a steam room and a sauna. Day rate is 400 baht . .includes use of good gym and wonderful pool/ beach front.

Just go outside on the typical humid day here... plenty of moisture and heat in the air...
