UHT skimmed or semi-skinned milk

We are renting an apartment for the first time in HH, instead of staying in an hotel.
Can you buy skimmed or semi-skimmed UHT (long life) milk?
If so, can you get it from the regular supermarkets, or do you have to go to the large Tesco?
